About The Position

HealthCARE Express is looking for a reliable, energetic, and outgoing individual to join our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team! As the face of our clinic, our D.O.F.I. team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed. At HealthCARE Express, we believe work can be both meaningful and fun. Responsibilities

Greet patients and verify information in our computer system
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
Assist patients with questions and address concerns professionally
Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient account information
Perform cashiering duties, post charges, and provide receipts
Scan patient documents and reports into the system
Monitor and replenish clinic forms and front desk supplies
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA requirements
Work professionally with patients, providers, and fellow team members
Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed
Take initiative and identify opportunities to help the clinic and team succeed
