About The Position

This role involves managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience managing communities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service approach with consistent follow-through.
  • Must meet background check requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system
  • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Process electronic payments for customers
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary
  • Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log
  • Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail
  • Coordinate online conference room booking management
  • Responsible for tracking inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
  • Be extremely articulate and professional
  • Update mailboxes as needed
  • Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams
