About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Front Desk & Wellness Support Specialist to join our growing wellness team. This unique role combines front office responsibilities with client support and accountability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing encouragement, and creating exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll help clients stay engaged and motivated throughout their wellness and weight loss journeys while ensuring our office operates smoothly and professionally. This is a non-licensed wellness support role focused on client motivation, education, scheduling, accountability, and customer experience—not medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable discussing goals, accountability, and healthy lifestyle habits with clients
  • Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
  • Must be professional, dependable, and organized

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, retail, wellness, fitness, coaching, or front desk experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in wellness, gym, med spa, nutrition, or customer service preferred
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics
  • Ability to motivate and build relationships with clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries
  • Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions
  • Maintain accurate client records and office documentation
  • Assist with inventory management and retail product sales
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Support marketing initiatives, social media content, and promotions as needed
  • Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivational support to clients
  • Guide clients through established wellness and weight loss programs
  • Assist with progress tracking, measurements, and goal setting
  • Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, hydration, exercise, and consistency
  • Conduct client follow-up and check-in communications
  • Maintain accurate client notes and progress records
  • Support red light therapy sessions and client experiences
  • Help create a positive, encouraging, and results-focused environment
