About The Position

HealthCARE Express is looking for a Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join their team. This role is crucial as it's often the first and last interaction a patient has with the clinic, impacting both the patient experience and the clinic's daily operations. The ideal candidate will make patients feel welcome, stay organized, and manage a busy urgent care environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, enjoy working with people, and be part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information.
