About The Position

The Picklr is hiring full-time and part-time team members to welcome guests, grow memberships, and help deliver an outstanding indoor pickleball experience. This role involves meeting new people, making connections, and working in an active sports environment. The Picklr is an indoor pickleball club where people come to play, improve their skills, and connect with their community. Our team helps make every visit welcoming, organized, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.
• Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.
• Answer questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments.
• Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
• Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
• Build relationships with members and support a welcoming club community.
