Front Desk Team Member - Full Time or Part Time
About The Position
The Picklr is hiring full-time and part-time team members to welcome guests, grow memberships, and help deliver an outstanding indoor pickleball experience. This role involves greeting members and guests, managing check-ins, providing front desk service, leading club tours, explaining membership options, and driving sales of memberships, merchandise, and events. The position also includes answering questions, processing payments, operating point-of-sale systems, assisting with court reservations and event registration, supporting pro shop sales, and maintaining cleanliness of club areas.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.
- Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
- Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.
- Answer questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments.
- Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
- Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
- Build relationships with members and support a welcoming club community.
