About The Position
HealthCARE Express is looking for a Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join their team. The D.O.F.I. is often the first and last interaction a patient has with the clinic, making this role crucial for both the patient experience and the clinic's daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can manage multiple tasks, and remains calm in a busy setting.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Verifying patient information and insurance
- Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate payment records
- Scanning and maintaining patient documentation
- Keeping forms and front office supplies stocked and organized
- Addressing patient concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Protecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements
- Communicating effectively with patients, Providers, and other clinic team members
- Cross-training and stepping in to help wherever needed
