About The Position

The Front Desk Supervisor will create exceptional experiences for each of our guests, supervising a team that has a commitment to provide the finest in guest service. This is a full-time position with varying schedules, including AM or PM shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience at a front desk or in customer service is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Local Area would be great.
  • High amount of integrity and a positive hospitality-driven mindset.
