About The Position
The Front Desk Agent will create exceptional experiences for each of our guests and will work with a team that has a commitment to provide the finest in guest service. The Chatham Inn is Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel. It is a luxurious boutique hotel with 19 guest rooms that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, along with a fine dining restaurant, patio and wine bar.
Requirements
- Previous experience at a front desk or in customer service is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
- Knowledge of the Local Area would be great
- High amount of integrity
- Positive hospitality-driven mindset
