As our front desk supervisor, you will be a champion of empowerment and guest satisfaction at our AAA Four Diamond accredited property. You will build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time. You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service interactions
- Ability to work alongside a team to achieve top-notch service
- Comfortable addressing guest concerns
- Keen eye for detail
- Understanding of guest experience from check-in until check-out
- Comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise
- Pride in organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
