As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, while leading our talented front desk team to success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Front Office Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, maximize revenue, and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

Previous hospitality experience.
Keen understanding of front office operations, customer service, and management.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Solid understanding of hotel systems and financial management.
Ability to work well with others, inspire the team, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile.
Oversee front desk operations, motivate the team, and ensure staff are positioned for success.
Monitor room reservations, departmental budgets, and revenue goals.
Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure systems are optimized for profit maximization.
Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to the front desk team.
Ensure smooth operations through staffing adjustments, assisting with sales calls, implementing corporate marketing initiatives, investigating guest complaints, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Practice company values, ensure high standards are met, and have a positive impact on the team and guests.
