About The Position

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a vital role in bringing our resort experience to life. You will lead the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams, creating a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service. From welcoming owners and guests to keeping resort operations running seamlessly, you will make a visible impact every day while inspiring your team to deliver their very best.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and professional judgment when interacting with owners and staff.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to maintain resort units and public areas to VI Resorts by Westgate standards for cleanliness, quality, and service.
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth resort operations, foster positive owner relationships, and support overall guest and owner satisfaction.
  • Provide support to the General Manager as needed and assume their responsibilities in their absence.
  • Supervise Front Desk staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and hands-on operational support.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop staff schedules that meet operational needs and budget guidelines.
  • Support resort financial operations by monitoring fiscal performance, preparing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports, reviewing variances, processing invoices, and assisting with the annual budget.
  • Represent the resort at HOA meetings and other resort functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by resort operations leadership to support operational excellence and exceptional service.
