We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift. Legacy Family Residence is a transitional family shelter located in the Bronx, where residents learn essential skills that enable them to meet the challenges of everyday life.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One year of relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
Security License (required upon hire)
Fire Guard (F-80) (required upon hire)

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid (required within 90 days of hire)
Fire Guard (F-02) (required within 90 days of hire)

Responsibilities

Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities.
Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system.
Monitor building safety.
Conduct rounds at residence as assigned.
