Ensuring the department runs smoothly when the Front Desk Manager is away. You will be working as a Front Desk Agent with additional supervisory duties. This will include supporting the team to ensure guest experience is consistent with the hotel values and providing support to the management team as needed. You will lead by example and ensure that team members complete their daily tasks safely, treat other team members with respect and ensure guests are provided with friendly, knowledgeable service.
