About The Position
Front Desk Supervisor – TPI Hospitality Location: Residence Inn by Marriott – Roseville, MN Position: Full-Time|Front Desk Supervisor Shift: Full-time schedule Mix of AM and PM shifts AM shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PM shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Scheduled workdays: Thursday through Monday Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday Weekend availability required Pay: $18/hr to $21/hr We all matter. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
