About The Position

This is a full-time, seasonal position as part of our Spring/Summer 2026 hiring. The role is expected to run from April 27, 2026, through October 12, 2026. The Front Desk Supervisor will manage all aspects of Front Desk operations, including scheduling, training, coaching, and discipline. They will act as an example of excellent guest service, communicate effectively with all departments and managers to ensure coordination with arrivals, departures, and guest needs, and attend weekly manager meetings. The role also involves registering and assigning rooms to guests, maintaining knowledge of availability for walk-in guests, communicating with housekeeping to update room readiness, and informing guests of special events or activities. Additionally, the supervisor will keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues, assist with the setup of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets, and offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed. This position requires a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties. Requirements

  • Hotel Management degree or 2-3 years related management experience required
  • 1-2 years previous hotel front desk experience required
  • Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
  • Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
  • Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
  • Be organized with a great eye for detail
  • Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions

Responsibilities
