About The Position

This position is responsible for oversight and supervision of the front desk and fitness areas. Workers are responsible but not limited to the running of the front desk, assisting in the maintenance of the Welch Fitness Center and providing guidance to emergency workers in the event of an emergency. Requirements

• Be able to lift 45 lbs. or less

Responsibilities

• Running of the front desk
• Assisting in the maintenance of the Welch Fitness Center
• Providing guidance to emergency workers in the event of an emergency
• Maintain and clean fitness center
• Supervise and remind members to follow fitness center rules and protocols for equipment use and clean up
• Follow and execute all opening and closing procedures
• Responsible for hourly walk-through maintenance and cleaning procedures of all equipment and facilities
• Conduct tours for new members
• Follow guidelines and protocols to ensure proper check-in of each member into the facility
• Ensure every wipe dispenser is full at all times
