About The Position
HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a premier client site in Downers Grove, Illinois. As the face of the facility, you’ll create a welcoming first impression by greeting and checking in members, answering questions, and connecting them with programs and services that support their wellness journey. This position is on-call and will provide coverage on weekend and evening shifts, must be flexible.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Flu vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
