About The Position
HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our client site located in Barrington, IL. This role involves being the welcoming face of a premier fitness facility, interacting with people, creating positive experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Attendant will greet, check-in and assist customers, provide program information and services, and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- Flu vaccination required during Flu season.
Responsibilities
