Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every patient
- Accurately verify and update demographic and insurance information
- Support medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Clearly communicate financial responsibilities, including co-pays, deductibles, and balances
- Collaborate with Billing, Insurance, and Financial Counseling teams to maintain smooth, efficient processes
