About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures. The role requires familiarity with hotel facilities, guest scenarios, technical equipment, and inter-departmental relationships. Additionally, the agent will assist with Guest Services and PBX functions during peak times and undertake other duties as assigned by management. Collaboration with the Front Office Manager to complete daily checklists is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures and policies.
  • Familiarity with guest scenarios.
  • Familiarity with technical equipment related to the Front Desk.
  • Familiarity with hotel facilities.
  • Understanding of inter-departmental relationships.
  • Ability to assist Guest Services during peak times.
  • Ability to assist with incoming calls via PBX.
  • Ability to complete daily shift checklists.

  • Be familiar with Guest Services functions in order to assist Guest Services during peak times.
  • Be familiar with PBX functions in order to assist with incoming calls.
  • Accept other special duties as required by management.
  • Work with Front Office Manager in order to ensure consistent completion of daily shift checklist.
