This is a full-time position responsible for managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures. The role requires familiarity with hotel facilities, guest scenarios, technical equipment, and inter-departmental relationships. Additionally, the agent will assist with Guest Services and PBX functions during peak times and undertake other duties as assigned by management. Collaboration with the Front Office Manager to complete daily checklists is also a key aspect of the role.
