About The Position
TEKsystems is searching for experienced Front Desk/ Customer Service professionals in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area to work with an extensive client base. This role offers the opportunity to work for one of the top three Healthcare Organizations in the DMV area, with a friendly team, and supportive leadership. Requirements
- Interest in Medical Administration or Customer Service
- Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EMR however willing to be flexible.
- EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for high-volume scheduling of procedures, upwards of 30-50 patients per day.
- Responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime.
- Updating procedures inputted into the EMR.
- Registration, scheduling, insurance verification.
