About The Position

This is a key service position focused on being the first and last impression for clients. The role involves interacting with both pets and their owners, understanding their needs, and providing the best possible service to ensure customer retention. The position offers a career opportunity with strong training and potential for growth within the pet care industry. The daily tasks involve managing reservations, appointments, and client interactions, as well as assisting with retail and providing information about the resort and its services.

Requirements

Requires rotating Saturday & Sunday as well as rotating Holidays.

Responsibilities

Tending to the needs of current clients and creating relationships with new clients.
Managing reservations and appointments for boarding/lodging, SPA days, grooming, enrichment activities, and training classes.
Answering incoming calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally.
Providing clients with accurate and detailed information about the resort and services.
Checking guests in and out.
Assisting clients in the General Store and providing expert knowledge of products.
Handling dogs, cats, and other small pets.
Providing Resort tours and staffing local pet events.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
