Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages efficiently.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees as needed.
