About The Position

This is a part-time Front Desk Representative position with responsibilities including customer service, managing emails and texts, operating the register, cleaning, handling phones, and assisting walk-in clients. The role also involves cross-training as a bather, which will become the primary duty. Bather duties include bathing, drying, brushing, nail care, dematting, and cleaning. As a key holder, the representative will be responsible for opening and closing the salon. This position is the first point of contact for clients and their pets, requiring a professional and upbeat demeanor.

Requirements
