About The Position

This is a part-time Front Desk Representative position with opportunities to be cross-trained as a bather. The role involves being the face of the company, serving as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. Key responsibilities include customer service, managing appointments, handling communications (emails, texts, phones), operating the register, performing daily cleaning duties, and opening/closing the salon as a keyholder. The role also includes bathing, drying, brushing, nail care, and dematting for pets.

Requirements

• Prior experience with scheduling appointments
• Prior experience dealing with customers
• Typing skills
• Professional phone etiquette

• Ability to take detailed directions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform daily cleaning duties
