The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will: Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support Triage patients to financial counselors when needed Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies at all times
