Job Description: This role is a client-facing Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for a busy legal practice supported by Job Duck. The position plays a critical role in delivering a professional, welcoming experience while ensuring daily administrative operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with frequent client interactions. Day to day, this person will support document handling, scheduling, and call management while collaborating closely with internal staff. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structure, values accuracy, and takes pride in providing excellent client service.

Requirements

  • Full-time role aligned with Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • English-only position with clear, professional spoken communication required
  • High-volume inbound call environment
  • Remote role supporting a U.S.-based legal team through Job Duck

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative operations as assigned
  • Communicate clearly with internal staff regarding client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established workflows
  • File documents received via email into the correct systems
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars accurately
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Draft documents using provided templates
