Requirements

  • Proven Experience As a Front Desk Clerk or in a Similar Administrative Role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Other Computer Applications.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills to Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Maintain Professionalism in a Busy Environment.
  • A Positive Attitude and a Commitment to Providing Excellent Customer Service.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Office Equipment (E.g., Printers, Copiers) Is Advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome Visitors in a Professional Manner.
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls Using Multi-line Phone Systems.
  • Manage the Front Desk Area, Ensuring It Is Tidy and Presentable.
  • Perform Clerical Duties Such As Filing, Data Entry, and Maintaining Records.
  • Schedule Appointments and Manage Calendars for Staff Members.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks As Needed to Support Office Operations.
  • Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Packages.
  • Provide Information About the Organization’s Services to Clients and Visitors.
