Concordia is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our building. This is a great entry-level opportunity for you to gain administrative experience and build your customer service skills. What You’ll Love About Working as our Front Desk Receptionist Part-time position — approximately 21 hours per week Starting at $16.00 per hour Supportive team environment Willing to train the right candidate Schedule Requirements Must have a flexible schedule for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Every other weekend and some holidays required What You’ll Be Doing as a Front Desk Receptionist Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and hospitality Assisting with directions and questions Coordinating mail and packages Performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and stocking supplies.
