About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Front Office team- a receptionist who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! This role involves checking guests in and out, problem-solving, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and utilizing various computer systems. The ideal candidate is a genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others. They should demonstrate integrity, accountability, and confidence in decision-making to deliver a luxury-level experience, and be a collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues.

Requirements

2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Proficiency with computers and online systems preferred
Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Check in guests, understanding their situations and feelings and taking action to create the best possible experience
Check out guests, ensuring satisfaction with empathy and awareness of any issues encountered during their visit
Act as a confident problem solver in all guest interactions, delivering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests (when possible), resolve concerns, and assist with inquiries
Utilize multiple computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals
Answer and direct guest phone calls and process reservations, changes, and cancellations
