This position serves as the receptionist for the Department's Chicago office, providing non-technical information and assistance in person and by phone. The role involves translating documents, procedures, and other information into Spanish for individuals who cannot speak, read, or write English. Additionally, the receptionist will receive, stamp, sort, and distribute mail, operate common office machinery, maintain records, and complete various work assignments for the supervisor.
