Be the first to greet and assist customers and visitors. This role involves phone support using the current phone system and Support Portal, checking voicemails, answering phones, and transferring calls to the correct employee/department. The position also supports visiting customer demo requirements, including conference room setups and ordering/setting up lunch requirements. Additionally, the receptionist will maintain and order supplies for customer hospitality, including stocking beverages and associated items like flatware, utensils, cups, and condiments.
