Burgundy Place is seeking Front Desk Receptionists for a part-time position on Saturdays and Sundays from Midnight to 8:00 am. This role is crucial as the Front Desk is the central hub of activity for our residents. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with the senior population, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including a multi-line phone system, constant front desk activity, and email requests. Proficiency with computers and technology, or the ability to learn new systems quickly, is essential. Being a Front Desk Receptionist in Senior Living is both amazing and rewarding, though it can also be stressful and demanding. This role serves as the first impression of the community, creating legendary customer service experiences for residents, associates, and guests. The Front Desk Receptionist is tasked with serving residents and their guests with the highest level of customer service, finding joy in positively impacting their lives and going above and beyond to 'WOW' them. While this job can be stressful, fast-paced, and demanding, it is also very rewarding, offering the unique ability to truly make someone's day.
