This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced school setting.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to a final offer of employment
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and screen all visitors, volunteers, and parents
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage student attendance, including tardies, late arrivals, and early dismissals
- Respond to and assist with student and teacher concerns as they arise
- Maintain flexibility as responsibilities may evolve throughout the school year
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administration
