About The Position

We are looking for an outgoing, positive, and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate enjoys welcoming visitors, providing excellent customer service, and creating a warm and positive experience through professional interactions.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or front desk role.
• 5+ years of experience using computers and common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring each visitor feels welcome.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Assist and interact with residents with compassion, patience and respect.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail.
• Keep the reception area neat, clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
