Nashville Toyota North in Nashville, TN is looking to hire a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to work the afternoon shift (on Saturdays only). Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment

  • Front desk experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the car dealership.
  • Greet guests as they enter the showroom and ensure they feel comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when speaking to customers.
  • Cross-train to help with the back desk area.
  • Issue temp tags through the online system.
  • Maintain deal folders and ensure they are ready for the sales team.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and tidy.
