About The Position
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH. The role involves warmly greeting patients, guiding them through paperwork, handling patient registration, insurance authorizations and verifications, and collecting co-pays. Excellent customer service is a key component of this role.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.
- Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload
- Must have strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
- Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have
- Patient Registration
- Insurance authorizations and verifications
- Collect co-pays
