This role serves as the first point of contact for the Authority, providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the public, partner agencies, vendors, and staff. The position is responsible for coordinating front desk and lobby operations as well as basic administrative support, playing a critical role in maintaining a positive public image of the Authority. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and drives results.
