About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Centennial, CO is seeking a friendly, attentive, full-time Front Desk Receptionist to facilitate efficient workdays, maintain organization, and provide fantastic customer service. The role is central to the barbershop, engaging with customers, connecting them with services, answering phone calls, responding to questions, informing customers about offerings, upselling products or treatments, and scheduling appointments. The receptionist will also provide cost estimates, take staff messages, and assist with general cleaning. Requirements
