Requirements

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Experience working in a nursing home, healthcare, or medical office setting is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge including email and Microsoft Office
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and staff in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain front desk security protocols
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinate communication between departments when needed
Maintain organized records and front desk documentation
Support admissions, HR, or nursing departments with clerical duties as assigned
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
