The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for registering patients, intake of new patient information, entering and verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and patient balances, and directing patients appropriately. This role requires the ability to work well under pressure, follow protocols, demonstrate courtesy, and be a team player with effective communication skills. The position is full-time with an 8-hour shift schedule.
