Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival, verifying reservations, and assisting with the check-in process.
  • Providing information about the hotel's amenities and policies, and answering guest questions.
  • Settling bills, providing invoices, and ensuring a smooth departure during check-out.
  • Assigning rooms to guests based on preferences, availability, and special requests.
  • Managing room keys and ensuring rooms are properly prepared for incoming guests.
  • Providing guests with information about local attractions and services.
  • Addressing guest issues or complaints professionally and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Handling payments, processing credit card transactions, and providing accurate bills.
  • Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings.
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing room availability through the hotel's booking system.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as record keeping, managing guest profiles, and tracking room inventory.
  • Interacting with guests, hotel staff, and management to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.
  • Creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.
