Requirements
- Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital
- Familiarity with medical terminology (medical billing knowledge is a plus)
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in healthcare management software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- medical billing knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient calls for doctors’ offices
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Navigate EMR systems
- Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
- Support prescription refill workflows
