The Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and for providing support to patients and medical staff. This role will set the tone for the patient’s visit and coordinate each phase with the necessary departments. They resolve problems by working in concert with members of our multi-disciplinary teams to present a positive practice image to our patients.
