About The Position

As our Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our holistic medical and wellness practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—creating a warm, welcoming experience while helping keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. This is more than a front desk role—it’s an opportunity to become an essential part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Front desk, administrative, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Mindbody, Google Workspace, and Praxis EMR is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a calm, organized environment
  • Schedule appointments across multiple wellness and medical services
  • Answer and manage phone calls, texts, and patient communications
  • Support patient follow-up, compliance, and reactivation efforts
  • Assist with intake forms, charting, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate provider schedules and daily workflow
  • Process payments and support overall patient experience
  • Help improve systems, organization, and office efficiency
  • Occasionally assist with social media or in-office wellness content
