About The Position

This role serves as the Front Desk/Operations Administrator, responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support across various departments. The position also involves executing company-wide programs, supporting operations leadership with administrative tasks, processing tuition reimbursements, and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and personable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Enforce visitor protocols and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, data audits, and document preparation.
  • Execute on companywide programs, such as birthday recognition, safety shoe allowance, etc.
  • Support numerous departments with various programs and projects as assigned.
  • Support the Operations leadership with timecards and data entry.
  • Review and process tuition reimbursement to eligible employees in the program.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
