About The Position

HealthCARE Express is looking for a reliable, energetic individual to join our Occupational Medicine team as a part-time Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.). As the face of the department, this front desk position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for our patients and employer partners.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, verify their information, and provide assistance as needed.
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
Verify insurance.
Maintain accurate payment records.
Perform cashiering duties.
Provide receipts.
Scan patient information and reports.
Ensure necessary clinic forms are stocked.
Address patient concerns in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain a professional demeanor with patients, employers, medical staff, and other team members.
Remain flexible for cross-training and occasionally take on responsibilities outside the normal scope of the position when needed to support our team, mission, vision, and organizational values.
