Perform as the overnight front desk agent and required night audit operations for the front desk to ensure the maintenance of hotel property management system, financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Valet, Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests. Assist with a warm welcome, anticipation of needs and a fond farewell for all guests who interact while on shift.
