The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join their Front Office team. The role is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This includes preparing daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals, running audit reports/journals from various systems, making corrections and adjustments, handling computer problems, inputting revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports, balancing revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintaining files, and resetting the system for the next day's operations.
